Just Start experience.

“The secret to getting ahead is getting started.”
Mark Twain

keeping this beautiful quote in mind I started learning a design, operation and testing software “Ansys” because it will help me a lot in my career.

Just start

Although I have used some other design software but this time i have to go extra miles so it is not that easy and i faced many difficulties and still facing some but I am sure I will learn it just by practice and giving full attention.

I just started it about a month ago and defined steps are:

Learning Ansys:

1. Learn CFD

2. Laminar Pipe Flow

3. Turbulent Airfoil flow

I have completed step 2.

Step 2 :Laminar pipe flow
Results

why I am learning it , goals , challenges i am facing in step 3 , what i have learned so far and next step ?

I am learning Ansys. Because to have a firm command over design software is very important to do work accurately and also it saves much time because we don’t need to make prototypes and test each of them, we can do it easily using software like Ansys.

The challenges I faced during learning was meshing and setup I faced a lot of errors but by practicing I am slowly overcoming these errors. As it is a new thing and I am in the learning phase sometimes it takes more time than a week.

This time unfortunately working on Turbulent Airfoil flow I am not even able to create mesh and I have requested my senior to help me.

I learned the basic commands and how to get accurate results.

Next step is to practice more and work on FEA after completing CFD.
